It is coming this month, right? Ikaruga for Xbox 360

Maybe I was confused, but I thought that Ikaruga (斑鳩) is coming this month. I checked the official site, but there's no concrete release date. It says "coming this winter" so should I check my Xbox 360 on 12/21 (Winter Solstice)?
