Considering a new hobby: music artist Live Events

(tags anime, video, artist, music, promotion)

There are some more interesting Joshin/Disc Pier Nipponbashi Live Events scheduled, such as the Sachi Tainaka (タイナカ サチ) event on 2006/09/09 as well as the Aya Hirano (平野綾) on 2006/09/24.

I want to hear Aya Hirano in person because her voice has range, but the default setting is too high. Check out the Hey! Hey! Hey! host on this swiped video, he's clutching his throat because he can't believe Hirano's default voice is that high.

I also want to hear Sachi Tainaka because her B-side song on her single of the 2006 anime Fate/Stay Night OP, "Wasure kakete ita no kana" (忘れかけていたのかな) is powerfully emotional and beautifully executed. I haven't bought her second single yet though. I don't like that song that much. The song that will be on sale 8/30 is "Saikou no kata omoi" (最高の片想い) which is the ED song from anime Saiunkoku Monogatari (彩雲国物語). Both this song and my favorite song showcase what I like about her voice. You can hear the former on her official web page.
